Project Manager for Retail and Private Banking

Context of the mission:
Client is executing an Identity and Access Management project of significant scale. The program’s main drivers are mitigation of operational risk, improvement of efficiency and effectiveness (cost avoidance and productivity gains).
The execution of the project consisted to date of the establishment of a new role, rule, and request-based model, the establishment of a technical platform supporting the new model and its associated processes and implementation of user community-based pilots. This stage is known as the foundation phase.
The next stage of the project (aka post-foundation) consists of migrating the various user communities in clients’ various métiers in a controlled way.
Specifically for the domain Retail & Private Banking, client is searching for a project manager to support the user migration.

Period mission:
Start Date : ASAP
Duration : 12 months with possible extension

Localisation of the job:
Brussels (near Central Station), occasional travel (e.g. LU or FR) may be required.

Mandatory: + 6-10 years of professional experience as a project manager in projects of 1000+ man days
+ proven ability to effectively work with and report on notions such as
budget, actuals, ETCs, EACs, etc.
+ familiarity with the Project mgmt interfaces to Demand mgmt,
Portfolio mgmt, Capacity mgmt, etc.
Preferable: + PRINCE II certification
Technical experience required
Mandatory:
+ proven ability to effectively use project management tools such as MS Project, Open Workbench, Clarity, etc.

Functional experience required

Objective of the job:
The User migration project manager will organize the migration of the all User communities from the current identity and access model to the new model. The migration will be executed in such a way that key quality criteria such as adequate clean-up of access rights and
operational stability of the target administrative model implementation are met.
The overall migration project conceptually consists of 4 workstreams:
The project manager is directly responsible for workstream 1, 2 and 4 for his scope (Retail & private banking). He will contribute equirements to track 3.
The project manager will have to interact with a wide community of stakeholders in order to be successful.

+ IAM program & governance entities
+ Business Information Security Officers (BISO)
+ peer user migration project managers from other métiers
+ actors of the legacy security model (Security officers, Business Asset Responsible, Application Responsible Developers, etc.)
+ actors of the new security model (Central Security Office (CSO), Business Security Offices, Application Owners, Permission Owners, etc.)
+ IT department, to develop new roles within the applications.
